Depression and Anxiety
Depression and anxiety can make even the most mundane tasks feel like mountains to climb. Get to the bottom of those sleepless nights, the racing heart, the gnawing stomach pain, and start feeling like yourself again.

Marriage Counseling
Veritas Mental Health helps couples overcome relationship struggles by teaching skills in communication, understanding, and connection to rebuild trust and foster growth.

Pornography Addiction
Veritas Mental Health offers a compassionate, connection-focused approach to treating pornography addiction—especially within the LDS community—by addressing underlying emotional and relational issues rather than relying on guilt and shame, and providing personalized, holistic care through experienced and culturally sensitive therapists.
Therapy for Teens

Unlike online therapy platforms that often feel impersonal or inconsistent, we offer grounded, relationship-based care from local therapists who share your values, live in your community, and will truly get to know your teen, their struggles, and the unique challenges they face- eating disorders, anxiety, self-harm, addiction, isolation, fear of failure. Our kids carry a heavy load, and sometimes getting help from someone outside their immediate social circle can be an incredible asset to them.

We Accept Most Insurances!
Veritas Mental Health is paneled with most major insurances. If you don't see yours on our list, reach out to us!
