Destyni Upton, MSWI
Destyni is a passionate and determined individual. Her undergraduate degree is in Behavioral Science and she is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work degree at Utah Valley University. She has extensive experience working with adolescents and assisting them to develop healthy skills to be able to interact with the world around them. She has experience using the Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy modalities. Destyni believes in the empowerment and self determination of individuals. She believes in working closely with clients and empowering them to choose what course of therapeutic treatment would work best for them.
Outside of work, Destyni enjoys hiking, exploring, competitive horseback riding, working with animals, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
