Jennie Strong, CSWI

Therapy is a space for healing, growth, and real connection—and I feel honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate anxiety, depression, OCD, and relationship challenges. I offer therapy for teens, young adults, and adults throughout Utah County, with a collaborative, strengths-based approach that empowers clients to make lasting, meaningful change.

I use evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify patterns, manage difficult emotions, and develop practical coping strategies. Whether you're facing overwhelming stress, navigating relationship issues, or working through mental health concerns like OCD or depression, my goal is to help you feel supported and understood.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Family Studies from Brigham Young University and am currently completing my Master of Social Work at Utah Valley University. I’ve worked with individuals in schools, residential treatment, and outpatient settings—and I believe every client deserves a safe, welcoming space to begin their healing journey.

When I’m not in session, you can usually find me playing soccer, pickleball, or spending time with family. Growing up in a small Utah town with three brothers taught me the value of connection, joy, and resilience—qualities I strive to bring into every session.
