Let’s skip the shame and get to what’s actually causing the problem. I work with individuals and couples dealing with depression, relationship conflict, and addiction, including pornography use. I grew up in Utah and understand the culture and values that shape your situation.  My approach is direct and evidence-based. You won’t get vague advice or surface-level conversations. We work directly on what’s keeping you stuck.  We focus on helping you change patterns, rebuild connection, and move forward.

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, trauma, and depression, helping you understand what’s driving your patterns and how to change them. My approach is collaborative, grounded, and focused on building a strong therapeutic relationship so real progress can happen. I aim to create a space where you can be honest, feel understood, and start moving forward with clarity. I offer morning, afternoon, and evening appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

When the stakes are high, experience matters. I specialize in eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, and sexual or pornography-related addictions. With over 26 years of clinical experience, my work is focused on helping clients make meaningful, lasting change. I work with individuals, couples, families, and teens, and provide telehealth in Idaho and Virginia.

I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, and relationship challenges. I have over five years of experience supporting individuals in a crisis shelter, where I developed a steady and supportive presence in difficult situations. My approach is collaborative and solution-focused, and I prioritize creating a space where you feel heard and understood. Most importantly, I focus on helping you find practical, lasting solutions that support your growth and well-being. I am currently accepting new clients on Mondays and Wednesdays- mornings, afternoons, and evening appointments are available.

Feeling understood is often the first step toward feeling better. I work with teens, young adults, and adults across Utah County who are navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, using proven tools like CBT to help you build coping skills that fit your real life and support meaningful, lasting change.

I was truly impressed with how quickly Logan connected with my son, developed a thoughtful plan to support him, and explained everything in a way that was clear, relatable, and easy for my son to understand.
Always appreciate Mike's insight and willingness to challenge my thought patterns. He has been tremendously helpful in re-framing my thinking and looking at core issues. Very grateful for all of his help.
Jennie has really helped me open up about my mental health and showed me great ways to cope with it. I would recommend her to anyone. She really cares about her patients and gives good feedback as to what is effecting me and how I can go about it in a constructive way that’s beneficial to my situation.
I’ve had the opportunity to interact with Veritas Mental Health, and it’s clear they truly care about the people they serve. The therapists are compassionate, thoughtful, and incredibly supportive. You can tell this isn’t just a job to them—they genuinely want to help people grow and heal. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be seen, heard, and treated with respect, Veritas is a great place to start.
I have been to MANY therapists but this is the place to go if you are ready to actually figure out solutions and to stop running in circles. I have experience with three therapists at Veritas and they all have been effective. Really beautiful and peaceful environment too. Be prepared to dig deep and have a better life.

Experienced Therapists in Utah County Focused on Healing Through Connection

mountainviewfromoffice_edited.jpg

Mike Cox and Logan Densley bring over three decades of combined clinical experience to Veritas Mental Health, with deep roots in both direct client care and therapist training.

Mike has worked across private practice, the Utah State Hospital, and specialty treatment centers, and has served as an adjunct professor at Brigham Young University where he supervised and trained graduate-level therapists .

Logan has built his career as a primary therapist and practice owner, regularly leading therapist trainings, mentoring clinicians, and developing strong clinical teams .

Together, they have helped train and influence many of the therapists currently practicing throughout Utah County. Their work is grounded in a clear philosophy: healing begins with connection. That belief shapes how therapy is practiced at Veritas—prioritizing real, human understanding before technique—which is why their guiding motto is “Healing Through Connection.”
